Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

**1.3. Delivery Time** 

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may arrive within 2-4 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volume.

 

**1.4. Shipping Restrictions** 

Currently, we only ship within the United State. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. If you have specific shipping requirements or need to make special arrangements, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

 

**2. Return Policy**

 

**2.1. Eligibility for Returns** 

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact. Herbal products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, including personalized products or final sale items, are non-returnable.

 

**2.2. Initiating a Return** 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@jokerlifeshop.com or through our online return request form. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your items.

 

**2.3. Return Shipping Costs** 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please retain proof of postage for any returns you send to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

 

**2.4. Refunds and Exchanges** 

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible, and any additional shipping fees will apply. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative solution.

 

**2.5. Defective or Incorrect Items** 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, provide photos of the defect or error.

 

**2.6. Non-Returnable Items** 

Please note that certain items, such as opened herbal products, clearance items, and customized products, are not eligible for return. Refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
